How long is a session?
Typically 60 minutes, depending on your dog and goals.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your goals and the issue:
1–2 sessions: guidance and direction
3–5 sessions: solid progress
Ongoing: behaviour modification or advanced training

Many dogs benefit from both. Often a good plan is to do a 1 on 1 and then a group class

Absolutely
What if I feel embarrassed about my dog?
This is normal and there is no judgement either in group or 1 on 1 classes . I have been there along with many of my clients. My classes are all safe spaces.
